85kk Terms and Conditions: Complete Platform Rules for Brazilian Users

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 85kk ("Platform", "we") and you, the user ("User", "you"), with respect to the use of all services available at https://85kk.best — including Sports Betting, online casino, poker, e-sports, promotions, and other features.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing bets or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 85kk's services.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

85kk reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address and an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the changes come into force constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use 85kk's services, Users must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registration is free and available exclusively to individuals.

Eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal
• Reside in Brazil or be a Brazilian citizen with legal access to the platform
• Must not be under an active self-exclusion on any regulated betting platform
• Must not be an employee, partner, representative, or first-degree relative of an 85kk employee
• Creating more than one account per CPF, email address, phone number or home IP address is not allowed
• The use of VPNs, proxies or any identity-masking technology to access the platform is not permitted

85kk implements an Identity Verification process (KYC — Know Your Customer) as part of its regulatory obligations. Verification may be requested:

• At the time of the first withdrawal above R$ 500.00
• When cumulative deposits exceed R$ 2,000.00
• At any time the compliance team identifies a need for verification

Accepted identity documents include a valid RG, CNH, or Passport, along with proof of address issued within the last 90 days. KYC approval takes up to 24 business hours after all documents have been submitted.

The User may request a withdrawal of their real balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods owned by the User and, where possible, to the same method used for the deposit.

Withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00 for Pix; R$ 50.00 for TED
• Verified account (KYC approved) for withdrawals above R$ 500.00
• Active bonus rollover must be completed before withdrawing the bonus balance
• Deposited real balance can be withdrawn at any time with no rollover

85kk reserves the right to cancel bonuses and promotions in cases of misuse, including opening multiple accounts, using arbitrage strategies or any behavior that constitutes bonus abuse. Funds obtained through bonus abuse may be forfeited.

Sports Betting at 85kk covers more than 30 competitions, including Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, LaLiga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, e-sports (CS2, CBLOL, VCT Americas), basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and other sports available on the platform.

Core betting rules:

• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply — any subsequent changes do not affect bets already placed
• Bets are final once confirmed, except where the cash out feature is available and activated by the User
• If an event is postponed before it starts, the bet is cancelled and the amount is returned to the balance
• If an event is suspended after it has started, settlement follows the specific rules for each market (detailed in the Sports Rules section)
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 2.00
• The maximum win limit per bet varies by market and is displayed at the time the bet is placed
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error may be cancelled by 85kk within 24 hours of the event
• The use of arbitrage software, bots, or any automated tool for placing bets is strictly prohibited

In parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. Any cancelled or void selection (in no-draw markets) is removed from the accumulator, reducing the number of legs and the odds multiplier. Parlays reduced to a single remaining selection after cancellations are settled as single bets.

85kk offers a cash out feature on selected bets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and provides an alternative to waiting for the final result. Partial cash out lets you withdraw a portion of the estimated value while keeping part of the original bet active.

General rules for casino games and poker:

• The RTP (Return to Player) for each casino game is published on that game's page

• If a technical failure occurs during a casino round, the round is voided and the wagered amount is returned to the balance
• At poker tables, rake is deducted from each pot according to the schedule published in the Poker section of the platform (maximum 5% with a cap of BRL 3.00 per pot in NL Hold'em)
• Poker tournaments have their own specific rules published on each tournament's page at the time of registration
• The use of assistance software (HUDs, real-time solvers) at live poker tables is strictly prohibited

85kk reserves the right to temporarily suspend games for maintenance or updates, notifying users at least 2 hours in advance, except in cases of urgent technical failure.

Tools available in account settings:

• Deposit limit: set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month
• Loss limit: set a loss cap per period before the account is automatically blocked for betting
• Session limit: set a maximum session time with an automatic warning and logout
• Voluntary break: suspend access for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days with immediate effect
• Temporary self-exclusion: 90 days to 1 year without platform access
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with withdrawal of remaining balance

Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Decreases also take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 7-day waiting period before taking effect — to protect Users from impulsive decisions.
